Mortgages are available up to 90% loan to value. Schemes available based on either rental income or personal income.
   

Buy to Let (Portfolio Clients)

 
 

Mortgages are available up to 90% of purchase price / 85% of valuation figure. Repayments based on rental income cover not personal income status. We are able to assist with off plan purchases, portfolio funding / refinance on forward purchase facilities.

(Available to on and off shore clients as well as Trusts and Limited Company Structures without the need for guarantees)

 

 

 

 

 

There will be a fee for mortgage advice.
A Fee of up to 0.75% of the mortgage, payable when you apply for a mortgage (e.g. £750.00 for a
£100,000 mortgage). We will also be paid commission from the lender. Our typical fee is £1,000.
PLUS YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
